- Track stock levels and manage stock loss and back bar costs
- Manage salon finances including banking or invoice payments - maintaining accurate financial records
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working order
- Arrange regular repairs and servicing of the equipment as required
- Ensure consistent execution of salon’s policies and procedures
- Ensure salon’s ambiance and cleanliness

- Making cash flow calculations (end of day report) and cash transactions
- Filling in and analyzing different types of reports
- Promptly resolving issues on the different salon activities, fixing breakdowns, calling repair services, and ordering the necessary equipment

- Liaise with salon owner or head office
- Monitor the hygiene and cleanliness of the salon
